Would you like to be considered for hosting? Make sure you have read the rules before applying. Once you have read the rules you will have to sign up at the forums to apply for hosting. Make sure to read the application page so that you will know what to include in your application. Everything there is self-explanatory for applying.

Not working for you?
If you tried to apply at the forums and an error page came up, send your application with the details to shellz@snapbeat.org. If you don't get a reply within a week you weren't accepted, otherwise I will reply. AGAIN this is ONLY if the application didn't work for you at the forums, otherwise you should apply at the forums.
